Refund & Cancellation policy

Our focus is on complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

 

Cancellations

You will be able to cancel an order within 2 hours of the sale being completed, and if the sale has not been processed by Studio BluOra. Once the order has been processed, the product is considered as purchased and our Exchange Policy below will then be applicable.

 

Refunds & Returns

Order once delivered cannot be returned for a refund.

In case the order delivered to you is incorrect or damaged in transit, we will refund the entire invoiced amount to you. To process the refund, you must contact us within 12 hours of the receipt of your product.

You will receive refund within 5-10 working days. The refund will be done directly in the account that you paid from.

 

To register your refund claim, please email us on contact@studiobluora.com with a brief description of the problem along with an image of the product received by you.

All such claims will be handled on a case-by-case basis and our decision in respect of such claims shall be final and binding.

Please retain the packing, invoice, tags and any shipping labels that came with the product till the refund process is complete.
